INHORT – The National Institute of Horticultural Research
INHORT is a governmental research and development organisation supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in Poland. As a leading institute in horticultural science, it conducts both applied and fundamental research in areas such as fruit and vegetable production, plant protection, breeding, and sustainable cultivation. INHORT supports the development of environmentally friendly and economically viable horticultural practices.
Role in the project
INHORT, specialised in research, advisory services, and training across all areas of horticulture, and closely connected with stakeholders in the organic farming system, is responsible for the collection and preassessment of published knowledge within BIOGREENET (work package 2).
