ETO – Association of Ecological Agriculture Organization
The Association of Ecological Agriculture Organization (ETO) in Türkiye is a civil society organization also coordinating the national network (TORA) promoting organic and ecological farming practices. It supports farmers and other stakeholders through training, advocacy, and the exchange of sustainable agricultural knowledge. As a member of the IFOAM Mediterranean Group and Agroecology Europe, the association actively contributes to regional collaboration and policy development in organic agriculture. Its work aims to enhance biodiversity, soil health, and the long-term sustainability of farming in Türkiye.
Role in the project
With its extensive experience in training on sustainable agri-food systems, coordination of 23 national NGOs, and a strong track record in organising national and international events, ETO brings valuable dissemination expertise to BIOGREENET, playing a key role in transferring knowledge across Türkiye.
